How Gillani Visa Services handles information you choose to share with us.

Information we collect
Through our contact form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, visa category, and inquiry. Through our separate secure intake form, we may also collect identity and case information such as date of birth, citizenship and residence details, CNIC or other identity information, passport details, travel and immigration history, employment or education information, information about accompanying applicants, and documents you choose to upload.
How we use information
We use information to identify and organize your case, communicate with you, provide requested non-legal administrative visa support, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service from misuse, and meet legal obligations. Submission of an intake does not by itself create a client engagement.
Secure intake and storage
The secure intake uses Google Workspace services, including Apps Script, Drive, Sheets, and Gmail. Uploaded files are placed in private case folders. Our case tracker masks certain identity numbers; authorized personnel may access the full information in the private case record when needed to provide the service. Please use the secure intake—not the general contact form or ordinary email—when we ask for sensitive documents.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and intake system, to people you authorize, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or address misuse.
International processing
Gillani Visa Services operates in the United States. If you submit information from Pakistan or another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Retention and security
We retain records only as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and comply with law, and delete them when no longer reasonably needed where practicable. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and accompanying applicants
A parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult should provide information for a minor. By submitting information about another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, subject to legal and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Website analytics
With your permission, we use optional Google Analytics to understand general website traffic and improve our services. You may accept, decline, or change this preference through Cookie Preferences in the footer. Sensitive intake form fields and uploaded documents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
