Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or unrelated material. You remain responsible for reviewing all information and documents before any submission to a government agency.
Receipt and engagement
A case number or automated receipt confirms only that our system received the submission. It does not confirm review, acceptance of an engagement, eligibility for a benefit, or any outcome. The scope and fee for paid services must be agreed separately.
No guarantee
Visa decisions, processing times, and appointment availability are controlled by U.S. government agencies. We do not guarantee approval, timing, or appointment availability.
Fees
Government filing, visa, consular, medical, translation, courier, and other third-party fees are separate unless expressly stated in writing.
Website information and availability
Website content is general information and may not reflect the latest government rules. Always verify current requirements through official government sources. The website and secure intake may depend on third-party services and may occasionally be interrupted.
